The year is 300 A.G.(After Gaia). Countless generations have lived within the domes as the radioactive fallout brought about the death and re-birth of the world. Advanced technology has been destroyed, replaced by a level of eldritch energy manipulation unseen in centuries. Everything old is new again.

On what was once North America, now called CanAmex, at least two dozen domes protect inhabitants from the lethal radioactivity, each dome with it's own governing body and set of laws. Recently, some of the domes have come under attack, from outside forces, as the radiation levels dissopate, causing the leaders of the domes to embark on a confederacy. Such a union is only in the formative stages as guidelines for negotiations are bandied about.
